The
Casanova is back and this time
too he has five ladies for company.
He doesn’t change a bit
even after getting stabbed during
his last outing. If you can
recall, Naan Avanillai 2007
had ended with the Casanova
flying abroad after somehow
surviving the attempt on his
life and he was shown to be
starting off again on his womanizing
ways. Well, Naan Avanillai 2
takes off from that point and
shows his tryst with five new
ladies.
But, the director says that
the script will not be similar
to the original. There are changes
in the approach which will keep
the audience interested. So,
we have the first official sequel
in Kollywood after a long time
and it is being expected to
recreate the success of its
predecessor.
The five ladies with Jeevan
this time are Sangeetha, Lakshmi
Rai, Shwetha Menon, Rachana
Maurya and Shruthi Prakash.
All the five ladies from the
prequel don’t find a place
in this one, remaining true
to the Casanova tradition. And,
if things are as expected, the
team might leave an open ending
so that the womanizer can continue
his business in yet another
sequel. But for that to happen,
this one has to be accepted
by the audience first.
