Sivakarthikeyan's lead role in Marina, that was a good blend of comedy and drama, seems to have been noticed. Here comes his next film Manam Kothi Paravai that has him in the lead again. It appears that Sivakarthikeyan has taken the plunge from playing comedy roles to being the lead man.

Manam Kothi Paravai is a romantic comedy and is supposed to have comical elements, which is Siva Karthikeyan's own turf. He is paired alongside debutant Aathmiya. Directed by Ezhil, whose last film was the Jayam Ravi starrer Deepavali, Manam Kothi Paravai is also co-produced by the director.

Manam Kothi Paravai has Imman's music and has 8 songs. Released last month, the songs are slowly catching up in the airwaves. Along with Ezhil, the movie is produced by Ambeth Kumar and Ranjeev Menon. Distributed by the studio Olympia movies, the movie is hitting the screens this weekend.
