the ordinary. Most heroes of
contemporary Tamil cinema are
advocates of youth falling in
love, but Nakulan’s character
in this movie is just the opposite.
Well, he has Poorna playing
the perfect antidote to his
problems. When they fall in
love, all hell is ready to break
loose. The trailers might have
given you a fair idea of what
is in store. A love story that
has all the elements for entertainment,
action aplenty and a generous
dose of comedy, courtesy Santhanam.
Nakulan will be looking to repeat
the Kadhalil Vizhundhen success.
Maasilamani did not do as well
as expected, keeping in mind
the fact that it was the hit
Nakulan-Sunaina pairing here
too. Kandha Kottai is his third
film in the lead and his first
without Sunaina for company.
Poorna on the other hand looks
to pull her career up a notch,
that is, if this one strikes
the right notes at the box office.
