Kadhalagi’s director KR Vishwa dons
several hats for the movie. For one, he
produces the movie under his production
banner K creations. He is also in charge
of the story, screenplay and direction.
Vishwa is credited with numerous short films
and documentaries.
Kadhalagi has a bunch of debutants namely
Krishnakumar, Ajai, Roshan Nawas, Srishti,
Amrita and Nakshatra. The movie also has
Prakashraj in a reportedly never-seen-before
role and Vijay Gopal in the villain role.
Obviously a love story, Kadhalagi will highlight
love in a different perspective unseen in
Tamil movies, the director says. He also
boasts to have captured the natural progress
of love as a feeling and how the youngsters
in his movie benefit from true love. The
movie is shot extensively in Chennai, Hyderabad
and Vizag.
