Pictures is ready with its next
offering. The past five years
have seen Shankar’s banner
becoming synonymous with quality
cinema, starting with Kadhal
in 2004. That is why Eeram,
releasing this Friday, is being
looked forward to with a lot
of expectation. Directed by
debutante Arivazhagan, a former
assistant of Shankar, Eeram
has promises to be one in the
true S Pictures mould of good
cinema.
The indications were seen even
at the audio launch which was
held early in August, attended
by the big names of the industry
which included Superstar. Though
not much is known about the
plot of Eeram, except for the
director’s statement of
it being a soft love thriller,
Shankar’s confidence at
the function has indicated that
the movie has come out well.
He had predicted a good reception
for the film at the box office
stating that with the audience’s
blessings it had the potential
to go on to become a superhit.
