Telugu film actor, Rajendra Prasad fondly called the King of Comedy suffered a mild stroke. He was rushed to the Care Hospital, Hyderabad when he complained of chest pain. An emergency angioplasty was performed on him. It is reported that the operation went well and the actor is recovering nicely. The doctors have him under observation but they are likely to discharge him by tomorrow.
The actor last seen in Quick Gun Murugan in Tamil is 56 and is a veteran of comedy films in a career spanning over three decades. Behindwoods wishes Rajendra Prasad a speedy recovery.
