In an effort to create
awareness among the general public on the
importance of eye donation, Vijay flagged
off a rally recently, which was organized
by the Rotary Rajan Eye Bank. The rally
began at the Marina in Chennai with Vijay
flagging it off in the presence of M. Subramanian,
the Worshipful Mayor of Chennai.
Students for the city schools and colleges
took part in the rally, which was conducted
to commemorate with the National Eye Donation
Fortnight.
