Rajinikanth and Ashwin wed early this morning
(September 3rd, 2010) at Rani Meyyammai Hall
in Chennai. All the male members of the Rajinikanth
family including the Superstar, his eldest
son-in-law Dhanush and a few others were sporting
a turban. The bridegroom was dressed up in
a traditional Brahmin style dhoti and angawastram.
Soundarya looked stunning in the customary
Brahmin-wear Madisar type saree.
The event was well attended by a host of
celebrities including Kamal Haasan and Gauthami,
Suhasini and Mani Ratnam, Bhagyaraj and Poornima,
Radhika and Sarath Kumar, K Balachander, Vaiko,
and Vijayakumar and family.
