The film released after 48 years

Srinivasa Kalyanam, which made it to the silver screens in 1960, has been refurbished and is all set to hit the screens on September 19th. N.T. Rama Rao and Savithri had starred in this smash hit. The film, which was originally in black and white, has now been made into color, thanks to efforts and Rs. 10 lakhs spent by O.K. Films Mani. The additional feature is that two

songs have been added with music by veteran music director M.S. Viswanathan. According to the producer, a few scenes have been deleted and two songs have been added to give the film a new look. Srinivasa Kalyanam's audio launch was held at the Film Chamber in which M.S. Viswanathan released the audio was received by the Producer's Council President Rama Narayanan.
