Isaignani Ilayaraja is fast reaching the 1000 mark. Vilayadu Raaja Vilayadu will be the 875th movie with his score. Interestingly, the movie is a product of Ilayaraja family. Pavalar Varadharajan’s son Joe is the writer and director of the movie.

Joe has been apprenticing with R V Udayakumar during his heydays and

is also the writer of the comedy track for the movie ‘Karka Kasadara’. Thanks to numerology, he will now be called as Joe Varadharajan and direct under the same name. The movie that stars debutant Prabha in the lead is likely to go on floors next month. Initial schedules are planned in Thiruvaiyaaru.
