The songs of Neer Paravai have been received well, particularly Para Para. But the new development is that the word ‘Sthotram’ and the phrase ‘Sathyamum Jeevanumai Nilaikkiren’ have been removed from the song (Para Para), due to its biblical reference. This was done following a request from Archbishop Sarkunam.
Neer Paravai stars Vishnu and Sunaina in the lead and Nandita Das, Saranya Ponvannan, Thambi Ramaiah and Samuthirakani in character roles. Raghunanthan has composed the music and the project has been funded by Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies.
