Sameera Reddy has said that reports that she is working as an assistant director in Nee Thaane En Pon Vasantham, directed by Gautham Menon, is absolutely false. The actress stated that it is just baseless rumors.
Sameera enjoys a close rapport with Gautham as she has starred in some of his films including Nadunissi Naigal and Vaaranam Aayriam. There was a strong expectation that she would play the female lead in Nee Thaane En Pon Vasantham opposite Jiiva but this did not happen and then came the rumors that she is assisting Gautham. But now, the actress has denied it too.
