Uthama Puthiran is the only big budget
film to be released this Diwali. This
Dhanush-Genelia starrer was a blockbuster
in Telugu, which had Ram and Genelia in
lead roles.
The film’s status among the Tollywood
audiences has raised an expectation that
UP would be a hit in Tamil too.
Mithran Jawahar who has directed this
film says that he has changed the film
to suit our audience and Dhanush’s
fans.
UP will be released all over Tamil Nadu
in about 600 theatres, reveals a source
from Kollywood.
