Bollywood producer Ekta Kapoor has decided
to make a film based on the life of sex
siren late Silk Smitha. Milind Lutheria
is to direct this film. The director and
producer have been in talks with Vidya
Balan to play Silk Smitha in the film
and actress has also agreed to it.
We now hear that though Vidya is keen
on playing the role in this film, she
has objected to don very glamorous outfits.
According to Vidya, she had seen some
of the films of Silk Smitha and was aware
that she was one of the sexiest actresses
of her times. To portray her in this era
would require Vidya to act even more sleazily
and the actress is having second thoughts
about this.
Ekta and Milind feel that Vidya would
be the suitable actress to play Silk Smitha
and are convincing her.
