prying eyes. If Singam roared its way to a huge
box office success, it is now the time of the
Siruthai to thunder. Siruthai, directed by Siva,
is fast developing into a commercial entertainer.
Siruthai has many 'firsts' to its credit and
we will see a few interesting facts about the
movie.
This will be the first time Karthi will be acting
in a remake in his short career. Siruthai is
a remake of the Telugu movie Vikramarkudu which
was directed by SS Rajamouli.
This is also the first time fans of Karthi can
see him donning two hats in the same movie.
Karthi will be seen in a dual role in the movie.
Yes! It will surely be a double dhamakha.
If what you have read is not enough, Karthi
will be joining hands with comedian Santhanam
for the first time. Karthi, who has done some
serious roles in the past, has proved that he

Karthi has been paired with Tamannah in Siruthai.
This will be the second time the duo will be
acting together. Their first movie together
Paiyaa was a box office hit. Tamannah and Karthi
were seen at Mayajaal recently during the shoot
of the movie.
Music of the movie has been composed by Vidyasagar.
Vidyasagar will be seen in Tamil cinema after
almost a year. He has been composing music for
a lot of Malayalam movies of late.
Siruthai is produced by KE Gnanavel Raja's Studio
Green movies. Interestingly, Karthi's brother
Suriya starrer Singam, which was a huge success,
was also produced by Gnanavel Raja.
