In a recent episode, one of the participants in the show asked him if he would do a film with Kamal Haasan. To this, Venkat responded by directly appealing to Kamal for a chance to direct him in the near future. He hoped that Kamal was seeing that episode and promised to come up with an interesting story that would satisfy the star and his fans.
