Balachandar is mightily impressed with Karu
Pazhaniappan’s Mandhira Punnaigai. The
maverick director, in a letter to Karu Pazhaniappan,
has appreciated him for making a film that
so skillfully touches upon human emotions
and values.
According to KB, the director has managed
to bring out the essence of the film and music
director Vidyasagar’s music was also
instrumental for it. He also lauded the efforts
of the director in maintaining the suspense
