If Sun Pictures manages to acquire Siruthai,
it would be their first venture with Karthi.
They had earlier distributed Suriya’s
Ayan and Singam and both these films were
mega hits, apart from several other films.
Karthi is fast climbing his way to the
top slot with three releases this year
– Aayirathil Oruvan, Paiyya and
Naan Mahaan Alla. With Siruthai being
a remake of the Telugu hit film Vikramarkudu,
there are high hopes that this film would
also turn out to be box office success
for the young actor.
And if Sun Pictures jumps the bandwagon,
Siruthai is going to be a surefire success.
