Prithviraj has no doubt carved a niche for himself
in the Tamil film industry. He has come a long
way from Kana Kandein, the Tamil film in which
he debuted in a negative role.
Over the years, he proved that he can handle
comedy and romance with ease. Now, the Mani
Ratnam-directed Raavanan is all set to bring
out the new facet of this actor. Speaking about
this movie, Prithviraj said that Mani is the
only reason he took up Raavanan. He disclosed
that he initially wanted to assist Mani in direction
and learn the nuances of that art, but destiny
had other plans for him.
The actor, in an interview to a national daily,
has said that he feels sorry for those actors
who did not get a chance to star in a Mani Ratnam
film. |
