Kollywood’s
latest talk happens to be Vikram’s next
project in the pipeline with director Bhoopathy
Pandian. The film has been titled Vedi and is
expected to be a Deepavali release.
But Vedi is not a project that Bhoopathy Pandian
made exclusively for Vikram. He had initially
narrated the story to Vishal and the actor’s
production house also registered the title Vedi.
However, Vishal opted out of the project at
a later stage and the title remained with their
production house.
When Vikram called up Vishal to request for
the title, the latter immediately obliged, and
sent him a no objection letter. That’s
the camaraderie that the two actors share.
