Now
that the stage is set for Raavanan’s release,
the battle seems to have already begun for procuring
the rights of the Tamil version. Many top production
houses are reportedly vying for Mani’s
magnum opus’ television and distribution
rights.
The movie is slated for a June release, simultaneously
in Tamil and Hindi. While Abhishek Bachchan
– Vikram – Aishwarya play the lead
in the Hindi version, the Tamil version will
have Vikram – Prithviraj -- Aishwarya
playing the same roles. Rahman scores for the
movie, the songs of which are already a rage. |
