It was during the audio release
of Achchamundu Achchamundu that
this new trait was revealed. The
audio of the film has been scored
by Karthik Raja. He has been around
for quite some time now, scored
for a few movies. But, he has been
by and large in the shadow of his
illustrious father and a lot of
attention has also been hogged by
his younger brother. But, it turns
out that music might not be his
strongest point after all.
Speaking at the function, Venkat
Prabhu said that Karthik Raja could
make a very good director. He recalled
their earlier days together when
the five cousins (Karthik Raja,
Yuvan Shankar Raja, Venkat Prabhu,
Premji Amaren and Parthi Bhaskar)
used to indulge in making video
films. Karthik Raja used to direct
all of them and going by Venkat
Prabhu’s word, he is very
good at doing that. Venkat Prabhu
expressed his hope and faith that
their Karthik Raja would take to
direction soon and come out with
a film. |
