Parthiban’s admiration, Myskkin’s surprise

Parthiban, known for doing things differently, was in for a surprise during the inaugural function of a painting, photography and sculpting exhibition in Alwarpet, Chennai. The actor, instead of lighting the customary kuthuvilakku was given a painting of a Kuthuvilakku and asked to draw the light on the canvas.

Parthiban, no doubt, was thoroughly impressed by this creative thought. But then, with three creative persons showcasing their talent – photographer Jay Pradeep, painter A.P. Sreethar and sculptor C. Ravikumar – it should be a creative galore. It was also a pleasant surprise to see director Mysskin sans his threatening tash. Parthiban was accompanied by his daughter Keerthana.
