Harris’ Japanese Imports!

Quirky they may sound, but Harris’ catchy humming-syllables that appear as opening lines of his many songs never failed to top the charts. Be it the opening of the hit ‘Uyirin Uyire’ from Kaakka Kaakka or ‘Mudhal Mazhai’ from the latest Bheema, Harris seems to have carved a niche in that segment.

His silver jubilee movie, the Vishal - Nayan starrer Satyam will have one such humming for a duet. What is even interesting is that Harris has hired a few Japanese singers for the harmony part of the duet to give the humming an ethereal feel. The song, titled En Anbe and sung by Sadhana Sargam, is being shot in Turkey with Nayan and Vishal.

Harris’ Vaaranam Aayiram album is much awaited and with Gautham Menon’s hype about the songs being the best of Harris’ career, expectations have mounted.
