The team of Oru Kal Oru Kannadi (OKOK) met the media for an interaction today at the Accord Metropolitan Hotel in Chennai. The event was marked by some witty remarks by the hero of the film Udhayanidhi Stalin in a manner that was sometimes reminiscent of his illustrious grandfather’s ways with the media.
The press was at its usual best shooting questions about whether there were intimate scenes with Hansika in the movie or not. To this, he replied that in the movie he was more intimate with Santhanam than Hansika. When asked about the reports of him being a better dancer than Bhagyaraj, he said that he is confident that he is about 50 per cent as good as Bhagyaraj in dance. He also added that he would never match up to Prabhu Deva. Most of the event was thus dotted with wit and self-deprecation. The media fraternity on the whole felt that this was a new dimension of Udhayanidhi Stalin who till now had been measured and thoughtful in all his interactions with the press. Today he was as spontaneous as anybody has ever been.
