The
launch of Captain TV, Vijaykanth's television
channel, will finally be held on April 14, 2010.
This 24 hour news and entertainment channel
has already started its test run and preparations
are underway to package the other programs.
Apart from other programs, the channel will
also show movies on a daily basis with brand
new ones on Sunday.
The news program has already been tag lined
with punch statements in true blue Captain Style.
It says the news will be 'Naangavadu Thoonil
Moondravadu Kann', meaning the news will be
