Screens is producing a Tamil film titled Suriya
Nagaram. The film stars Rahul, who had acted
in Moscowin Cauvery, Meera Nandan, Senthil,
and Ganja Karuppu among others. A press release
states that the highlight of Suriya Nagaram
is a mechanic shed. The team had erected a mechanic
shed set, costing about Rs. 20 lakhs, near Madurai.
The first shot was canned here and director
Bharathiraja began the proceedings by giving
the first clap.
The story, screenplay, dialogues and direction
are by Chellamuthu. Music has been scored by
Benviyali. Songs have been penned by Vairamuthu.
