Complaint against Naan Kadavul

Varadhu Kutty, the head of the Handicapped Welfare Association, met the police commissioner yesterday with a complaint. After handing over his complaint to the commission, Varadhu Kutty said that the commissioner has said he would look into the issue after consulting with the legal experts.
