Sneha's role in Goa

Venkat Prabhu’s Goa that was slated to begin on March 11, 2009, hasn’t gone on floors yet. Of all the reasons quoted, the complaint lodged against Jai at the Producers’ Council is also said to be one. Jai received the wrath of producers recently after nonchalantly commenting on the performance of his forthcoming movies. However, as per industry sources, the matter is to be resolved soon amicably. With that the Ocher Studios’ Soundarya Rajinikanth produced flick is expected to get going.

While Venkat Prabhu’s earlier movies did not have popular lead ladies, Goa will have Sneha playing a significant role. Having said that, we also hear from a birdie that Sneha’s role is not really the run-of-the-mill lead roles but one with negative shades.
