A reason to film in Hyderabad

Director Prabhu Solomon’s venture in the offing is Ladam, in which newbie Aravind stars with Charmee. This film is produced by Chozha Creations’ Ponnurangam. Due to the huge popularity enjoyed by Charmee in Andhra Pradesh, the director has now decided to make this film in Telugu under the title 16 Days.

The recent buzz is that the shooting is on at full swing in the city of Hyderabad. Sources say that the film unit had opted for this location because as per the rules prevailing in that state, if a movie is to be released in Telugu at least 50 per cent of it must be shot within that state. P.S. Dharan has scored the music and debutant Sukumar is in charge of the camera.
