Vijayalakshmi banks on sentiments

After the success with Chennai 28, Vijayalakshmi’s subsequent film Anjathe is also doing very well at the box office. The beaming actress disclosed that though her contribution in these movies was limited she is nowadays termed as a lucky mascot where her films are concerned.

She was also candid enough to accept that she did not get roles that are of substantial importance. On the look out for complex characters, Vijayalakshmi also revealed that she has been offered glamorous roles, which she declined fearing that her fans may not accept her in this light yet.

The actress also firmly stated that only after establishing herself in Kollywood would she consider other language films.
