Tollywood director Puri Jagannath’s next film in the pipeline is Bujjigadu Made in Chennai. This film has Prabhas and Trisha in the lead roles. In case you are unaware of Puri Jagannath’s films, he is the director of the Telugu Pokkiri. This film went on to become one of the biggest hits in Andhra Pradesh and naturally there was a scramble in Kollywood to acquire the remake rights. It is

well-known that Vijay bagged the lead role and Prabhu Deva debuted in the Tamil film industry as a director. Pokkiri, like its Telugu version, went on to become a smash hit.

So, it is no surprise that Vijay is closely monitoring the shaping up of Bujjigadu Made in Chennai. In fact he is said to be making enquiries about its progress with the film’s crew members and, importantly, if it will meet the expectations of the fans. Will luck favour Vijay this time, too?
