Ilaya Thalapathy Vijay’s
51st film Kaavalkaaran is in progress but
there appears to be a small spoke in its wheels.
As is known to all the film buffs, Kaavalkaaran
is the remake of Malayalam film Bodyguard
directed by Siddique. The producer of the
Malayalam film Mr Johny Sagarika has filed
a case in Saidapet court today that the remake
rights of the film are with him and Siddique
cannot proceed with the film as he has not
bought the same from him.
While reacting to this, Siddique was visibly
surprised about the events as Johnny is a
good friend of him. He also stated that he
has bought the rights of the film. On the
other hand, looks like Kaavalkaaran is only
the working title of the movie until another
title is finalized.
