The Tamil Film Producer’s
Council elections are due to be held on July
11th, 2010. There was a strong speculation
that Rama Narayanan would continue as the
President of the council and none would oppose
him. However, noted producer KRG filed his
nomination yesterday.
KRG was the President of the council for eight
years consecutively and the chairman of the
South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce for
four years.
On the other hand Rama Narayanan has served
as the President for two terms and this is
his third term.
