Vijaykanth will make his
directorial debut with Virudhagiri, a film
in which he dons the lead role too. The Virudhagiri
team went in for a 15-day schedule to Bangkok,
where Vijaykanth filmed some daredevil stunt
and car chasing sequences. Several stuntmen
from that country were roped in for the fights.
The film’s leading lady is Bangalore-based
Madhuri and Shankar from Mumbai plays the
baddie.
The music for Virudhagiri has been scored
by Sundar C Babu. The star cast also includes
Arun Pandian, Mansur Ali Khan, and Uma Padmanabhan.
