Sasirekha, a television
actress hailing from Andhra Pradesh, was found
dead under mysterious circumstances in a farm
house in Injambakkam. She visited the farmhouse
with her boyfriend, dance instructor Kumar,
and was later found hanging from the ceiling
fan. Her body was found by an employee of
the farmhouse, who went to the room with food.
Her boyfriend had absconded a few hours earlier.
Sasirekha lived in Valasaravakkam, Chennai
with her family that included her parents
and brother. Neelangarai Police officials
took control of the body and sent it to post-mortem.
The police also has launched a search operation
to find Kumar, whose mobile is reportedly
switched off.
