The maestro’s son and musician Karthik
Raja was a part of the special show aired by
the BIG FM to celebrate Ilayaraja’s birthday.
One of the maestro’s fans, during the
interaction with Karthik, presented him with
a painting of Ilayaraja with the Ramana Maharishi
at the backdrop. He also requested that the
painting be presented to the maestro on his
birthday, to which Karthik acquiesced. |
