Sun pictures launches its next
venture Eppadi Manathukul Vandhai,
the function was held at Kamala
theatres and the film will be directed
by P V Prasad. The lead characters
will be played by Irfan and a new
face.
Speaking at the event, director
Cheran said that Sun Pictures banner
is catering to many small budget
films, but also should take up high
budget ventures to keep the industry
afloat. He also added that Sun Pictures
with their marketing tactics has
made most of their flicks successful.
Kamala theatre owner Chidambaram
stated that Kamala theatre will
organize a grand function for all
films screened in the theatre that
crosses the 50 days or 100 days
mark. Chidambaram also said that
the theatre will help poor deserving
children to pursue their education.
Kamala theatre will now have two
theatres inside the complex, screen
1 and screen 2 supported with DTS
and Air conditioning.
The function was attended by Chennai
Mayor Subramaniam, Sun Pictures
Head Saxena, Bhagyaraj, Subramaniya
Siva and Producer Council President
Rama Narayanan.
