Mother’s villain is son’s angel

Angel John is the name of the Malayalam film for which Shantanu has been signed up. This is the first Malayalam film for the actor, said the film’s director Jayasuriya. Along with Shantanu, superstar Mohanlal also plays a very important role in Angel John.

Incidentally, Shantanu’s mother, Poornima also made her debut in a Malayalam film Manajal Virinja Poovu that had Mohanlal as villain. As per sources, the film will hit the floors on July 1st this year.
