Bharathiraja along with me and a few others
had filed our papers. However the elections
were not conducted on the said date and
it was announced that Bharathiraja has been
elected as the President of Tamil Nadu Director’s
Association”.
As the elections have not been conducted
in a fair manner, Sakthi has requested the
court to declare the election of Bharathiraja
as the President of the Association as null
and void and he also prayed that Bharathiraja
should not be allowed to interfere in the
association’s activities. The presiding
judge had ordered a reply from Bharathiraja
and the association and the case comes for
hearing tomorrow.
