After Kuselan…

While the production of Kuselan is going on one side, K Balachander’s Kavithalaya has launched one more film titled Krishna Leelai to be directed by Selvan of Soori fame. This film will have Jeevan in the lead role supported by Meghna from Kannada films. Though the title of the film is highly suggestive of Jeevan’s roles in his earlier films, director refutes

the same and states that the film will be very different and does not project its hero with shades of grey. Hero Jeevan is a Good Samaritan who is studying to become an IAS officer.

Selvan further states, “Just like Lord Krishna, my hero works to uphold Dharma and prefers the brain power to brawn power. I have also tried to convey a social message in the film which is sure to be lapped by the audience.” A song sequence involving the lead pair was shot recently.
