Gatecrash for Bhavana

Shooting of Jayamkondan, the project of Kannan, former assistant to ace director Mani Ratnam is progressing well. This film has two heroines Bhavana and Lekha Washington in the lead roles with Vinay as hero. Recently the unit was at Uzbekistan to shoot a song. The unit chose this place as it was totally untouched and unexplored by any film unit and this is

the first time that a Tamil film was shot in this picturesque location. While talking about his Uzbek experience, director says, “The place looks like Chennai some twenty five years ago with less traffic and pollution. People are very nice and friendly and were very excited to watch a film shooting. They were also floored by Bhavana’s beauty and wanted to be photographed with her” He further said that there was almost gatecrash and people were falling all over to take a snap with her. One old lady pushed everyone and insisted that she would not let the shooting progress if she is not allowed a picture with Bhavana.
