Unnai Pol Oruvan’s pre-release results

Shruthi Hassan, daughter of legendary Kamal Hassan opened her celluloid innings through Hindi flick Luck directed by Soham Shah with Imran Khan as her costar. The film was released last week amidst a lot of expectations. Although the film was not favored by the audience, Shruthi received appreciation for her work. Her stunts were well talked about.

Now after Luck, she will be trying her mettle as music director in her father’s Unnai Pol Oruvan, a Tamil remake of ‘A Wednesday’ which featured Naseruddin Shah and Anupam Kher. The film is nearing completion and audio release of the film will happen soon. If industry sources are to be believed, expectations are riding high and the film fraternity is waiting to hear Shruthi’s music.
