rights and a 10 per cent commission from
the total collections at the theatres. they
refused to pay the amount, which totals
to Rs. 90 lakhs, complained the producers.
Yet another allegation is that they were
initially asked to pay Rs. 20 lakhs towards
advertisement costs but during the final
billing, Pyramid Saimira insisted that the
costs escalate to Rs. 27 lakhs. On hearing
the plea, Justice Rama Subramanian ordered
the defendants Pyramid Saimira to file a
counter within a week.
