The
Silambarasan starrer Poodaa Poodi
will have Sarathkumar's daughter Varalakshmi
debuting in the lead thereby marking
her debut in Tamil cinema. An official
announcement in this regard is released
recently. Varalakshmi holds a post
graduation in Business Management
from Edinburgh University and took
formal training in acting from the
Anupam Kher School of acting in Mumbai.
Varalakshmi is also a trained ballet
and salsa dancer.
Poodaa Poodi is produced by Shanaya Tele
films Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai in association with
Gemini Film Circuit. Directed by Vigeshsiva,
the entire shoot schedules of Poodaa Poodi
would be held in Canada.
