Jeyam Ravi in Kamal's costume

Jeyam Ravi-starrer Peraanmai is progressing quite rapidly at the Ambasamudram region in Tirunelveli. The actor plays the role of a forest officer in this film. Recently, Jeyam Ravi was spotted sporting only a waistcloth for a particular scene that was shot. Coincidentally, the only other actor that sported a waistcloth was Kamal Haasan in 16-Vayathinile

and the film went on to become a huge hit catapulting Kamal's career graph. A stunt scene was also filmed in the thick forests in Ambasamudram for which a helicam camera has been used. The scene was shot from a helicopter, says sources close the Peraanmai team.
