Harshavardhan, the director of the upcoming fantasy film Aachariyangal, met up with actor Kamal Haasan and showed the trailer of his film. Considering that Harshavardhan hadn’t had any formal training under any directors, he seems to have done a good job with the trailer, for Kamal Haasan was all praise for the aspiring film maker.
In a statement about the meeting, Harshavardhan said, “Rajkamal Films International & IIT Madras conducted a “screen writing workshop” 3 years back and I was one among the 250 lucky participants. Kamal sir’s speech during the workshop was an inspiration for me to attempt and make good film.”
The young director has made a film without any songs. “I feel that I have derived this courage from none other than Mr. Kamalhaasan,” said Harshavardhan about his attempt.
