SS Chakravarthy's Nic Arts will be producing a film to be directed by Vetri Maaran's assistant director, Manikandan. It is going to be a love story and Vetri Maaran has written the script, done the screenplay, and also penned the dialogues. The makers loved it and they said they would go ahead with the project even though he explained that he would not be able to direct the film himself.
Following his win at the National awards, Vetri Maaran is keen to begin work on his dream project which is going to be a period film set against a temple backdrop. His assistant, Manikandan is happy with the break he got and wants to finalize the cast and crew so that he can begin filming asap.
