The Jayam Ravi starrer Thillalangadi, to
be released this weekend, seems to have
ruffled some political feathers. Based on
rumors that the movie has scenes mocking
Congress President Sonia Gandhi, KV Thangabalu,
President of the Tamil Nadu Congress Committee,
today announced that protests will be held
against the screening of the movie, if the
same is found to be true.
Director Jayam Raja, however, clarified
today that there are no such scenes in the
movie criticizing any individual. Raja also
assured that he's ready to do away with
any scene that is deemed objectionable.
More details awaited in this issue.
