Director Tabu Shankar is
directing the film Vetkathai Kettal Enna Tharuvai
with Ashok and Kiruthika donning the lead
roles. Tabu Shankar, a well-known lyricist
who had penned the songs like Mobilea Mobilea
and Rose Rose, will mark his debut as a director
with this film.
VKET is produced by Silver Jubilee Films’
Ramachandran, who had earlier produced the
Karan-starrer Kathavarayan.
Ganja Karuppu, Mayil Samy, Mano Bala, Bav
Lakshmanan, Pamela and others are included
in the star cast.
The song sequences of this movie were recently
filmed in Malaysia. According to the director,
VKET is an out-and-out love subject which
is told very differently.
Vageesan has cranked the camera for this movie.
D Iman is the music director and Dhina and
M Balaji have choreographed the dance sequences.
The songs have been penned by Tabu Shankar
and Ekadasi. Art is by M Prabhakar and stunts
are by Theepori Nithya.
